How it works

How AI implementation works with Clearfork: four steps, one accountable team.

Clearfork puts AI to work in four steps: Discover (find the job worth automating), Build (design and test the AI worker), Connect (wire it into your systems and team), and Manage (monitor and improve it every month). Most first workflows go live in a few weeks.

No 40-page strategy decks. We pick one job that's costing you time or money, put an AI worker on it, and stay on the hook for how it performs.

  1. Week 1

    Discover

We sit with your team, map where work stalls, and pick a first workflow that's worth automating.

We look at your calls, inbox, CRM and handoffs, and we're honest when AI isn't the answer. You leave with a short map of bottlenecks and one recommended first AI worker.

  2. Build

    Build

We design the agent, set its boundaries, and test it against your real work before it goes near a customer.

Every AI worker gets a written job description: what it does, what it never does, and when it hands off. We test it against real examples from your business until it handles them the way your best person would.

  3. Connect

    Connect

We wire it into your systems, agree on approvals, and get your people comfortable working with it.

We connect the phone line, inbox, calendar, CRM or accounting tools it needs, with only the permissions it needs. Your team learns how to review its work and take over a conversation.

    • Team handoff
  4. Every month

    Manage

We monitor it, handle exceptions, and improve the system as your business changes.

You get a plain-English monthly report on what it handled, what it escalated and what we changed. When your prices, hours or services change, we update the AI worker so you don't have to.

What makes it different

Technology, with people behind it

You're not buying another platform to figure out on your own. Every AI worker has a written job description, clear boundaries and a named person at Clearfork who's responsible for it.

Start small, expand where it pays

We begin with one useful piece of work, like after-hours calls, lead follow-up or a weekly report, so you see results before committing to more. Once it's earning its keep, we add the next worker.

Humans approve what matters

Anything that touches money, sensitive customer situations or important decisions can require a human click. AI handles the gathering, drafting and routing.

It keeps getting better

Your business changes, and your AI workers should too. Monthly management means new prices, hours, services and edge cases get handled. See the services we build and the problems they solve.

Questions

About the process

How quickly can we go live?

A focused first workflow usually goes live in a few weeks, not months. We'd rather launch one AI worker that clearly works than plan ten that don't.

How much does an AI worker cost?

Most engagements start with one workflow: a one-time setup project followed by a monthly management plan that covers hosting, monitoring and improvements. We scope pricing on a short call once we understand the job, because a simple missed-call text-back and a custom internal agent are very different projects.

Is my business data safe with AI?

Each AI worker gets only the access it needs, every action is logged, and sensitive steps require human approval. We use model providers with business data protections, and we never use your data to train public models.
